(A) This section applies to the following properties:
(1) The property commonly known as the Boone Village Shopping Center as the same is owned by Boone Village; and
(2) The property commonly known as the Ford Center Shopping Center as the same is owned by Kosene Acquisitions II.
(B) Parallel and/or vertical parking shall be prohibited along or adjacent to the curb (commonly known as the fire lane) running along the front of all retail establishments, occupied or unoccupied.
