§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 53.01 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any owner, as that term is defined in § 53.15, violating any provision of § 53.16 of this chapter shall be fined as follows:
      (1)   A fine of no more than $50 for each offense, plus costs, damages and expenses. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense and shall make the violator liable for the imposition of a fine for each day. The rights and remedies provided for in this section are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies provided by law. An admission or determination of responsibility shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of § 53.16.
      (2)   In lieu of a fine, the town may abate the violation using the town’s workforce or contracted labor to perform snow removal, leaf and/or debris removal. The abatement costs shall not exceed $50 for each offense.
   (D)   Each day a violation of § 53.02 of this chapter is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $10 for each offense to which costs of prosecution shall be added.
