351.18 FIRE ESCAPES AND FIRE EXITS.

   (a)   No person shall park any vehicle, except for loading and unloading, in front of or at any fire escape or fire exit, where indicated by appropriate markings or signs.

   (b)   Officers and members of the Fire Prevention Bureau are hereby invested with the power to make arrests for violations set forth in subsection (a) hereof, and to tag and impound offending vehicles in the same manner exercised by members of the Police Department under the provisions of Section 353.10. (1967 Code §73.13)
