163.43 UNITED STEELWORKERS OF AMERICA, LOCAL 2163-6.

There is enacted Section 163.43 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Youngstown for the purpose of incorporating, by reference, the 1999-2001 Labor Contract, previously ratified by Youngstown City Council with United Steelworkers of America Local No. 2163-6 (Wastewater Treatment Plant) attached to original Ordinance 99-385, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof as if same were fully rewritten herein.
