163.40 LABOR CONTRACT WITH FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE, LODGE 28.

There is hereby enacted Section 163.40 of the Codified Ordinances of the City for the purpose of incorporating, by reference, the 1989-1991 Tentative Labor Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), Lodge Number 28, attached hereto marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof as if same were fully rewritten herein.
