151.14 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   It shall be the duty of every organization and committee for civil defense established pursuant to this chapter, and of the Director, assistant directors, officers, agents, employees and personnel, to execute and enforce such orders, rules and regulations as may be made by the Mayor and by the County Commissioners, with or without the consent and approval of Council, under the authority of this chapter. Each such organization and committee shall have available for inspection, at its office, all orders, rules and regulations made by the Mayor and the County Commissioners. Every order, rule and regulation of the Mayor and the Commissioners or the Director of Disaster Services or assistant directors under the authority of this chapter shall have the force and effect of law.
