151.09 APPROPRIATIONS.

Council shall appropriate from time to time such money as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this chapter, such money to be deposited in a civil defense fund. The money shall be disbursed in the usual manner for the disbursement of such funds. (1967 Code §97.09)
