151.03 ADVISORY COUNCIL OF CIVIL DEFENSE.

   There is hereby created an advisory council of civil defense, composed of members to be appointed by the Mayor, hereinafter called the Civil Defense Advisory Council. The number of members on such Advisory Council shall be determined by the Mayor. The Advisory Council shall include such representative, competent and qualified persons of the City as are necessary for carrying out the purposes of civil defense activities. (1967 Code §97.03)
