151.02 DEFINITION OF "LEGAL ORGANIZATION FOR CIVIL DEFENSE".

"Local organization for civil defense" means an organization created in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R. C. 5915.06 and 5915.07 to perform such civil functions . (1967 Code §97.02)
