Section 127.

The Commission shall publish and make available to employers, in any language recognized by the City, a notice suitable for posting by employers in the workplace informing part-time employees of their rights under Sections 122 to 132. Every employer that employs part-time employees shall post such notice at its workplaces or job sites in conspicuous

locations to ensure that part-time employees are informed of their rights under these sections.
