548.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any person who fails to comply with a subpoena issued by the Human Relations Commission as provided in Section 548.06 (c) may be found in civil contempt of this chapter.

(b) Any person who fails to comply with an order to cease and desist or to undertake affirmative action ordered by the Human Relations Commission after a public hearing or agreed to by such person pursuant to conciliation is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
