548.01 PURPOSE.

   It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this chapter to provide, within constitutional limitations, fair housing throughout the City of Youngstown (hereinafter, “City”), to assure that all persons have full and equal opportunity to consider all available housing for themselves and their families within the City without discrimination based on race, natural hair types and natural hair styles commonly associated with race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, familial status, handicap, or place of birth.
