722.05 REGISTRATION AND TERM PERIOD.

   (a)   The chief enforcement officer, or his designee shall issue a registration to the applicant upon receipt of the completed application, receipt and approval of the requirements set forth in Section 722.04, and payment of the initial non-refundable registration fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)   The initial registration shall expire on December 31 of the year of issuance and may be renewed annually thereafter upon the payment of an annual non-refundable renewal fee in the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00), and upon posting proof that the requirements set forth in Section 722.04 remain valid, and have not otherwise expired.
