107.05 MAYOR’S DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the management authority of the Mayor, in his discretion, to take appropriate disciplinary action against an employee for egregious conduct involving the use of a City-owned vehicle.
