107.04 VEHICLE MAINTENANCE REGULATIONS.

Each driver to whom a vehicle is assigned shall insure that the proper preventative maintenance is being regularly performed on the vehicle assigned to him. Any unreported damage to the vehicle that is found to be caused by the negligence of the assigned driver shall be repaired at the expense of the assigned driver. The assigned driver is also responsible for the appearance of the vehicle.
