1744.16 ILLNESS PROCEDURES.
   The administrator or designee of each facility shall, in case of an illness or sudden adverse change in a resident's physical or mental condition, immediately notify the resident's physician and the resident's designated relative, legal guardian or friend and the agency responsible for the placement. Documentation of such notification shall be made a permanent part of the resident's record and shall be provided upon request.
