1744.10 LIFE SAFETY CODE.

All group homes shall follow all procedures described in Chapters 20 and 21 of the 1997 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, or the current edition being used by the City Fire Department, which are herein adopted and incorporated as if fully rewritten. Any conflicting definitions contained within the Life Safety Code and this chapter will be resolved in favor of those definitions specifically contained within Section 1744.01.
