1744.09 PLACEMENT IN UNLICENSED INSTITUTION.

   No public official, while acting in their official capacity or under color of the law, or employee of any entity providing direct or indirect service shall knowingly place any person in, or recommend that any person be placed in, or directly or indirectly cause any person to be placed in, any home as defined in Section 1744.01 which is being operated without a license signed by the Health Commissioner.
