1744.04 RENEWAL OF LICENSES.

   (a)    All licenses shall be issued for a period of one year. Within sixty days prior to the expiration of the one-year term, the license holder shall contact the Health Commissioner, in writing, informing the Commissioner of the license holder's intention to obtain a license for the upcoming year whereupon the group home shall be inspected by the Code Enforcement, Blight Remediation and Demolition Superintendent, the Health Commissioner, the Fire Chief or their duly authorized representatives.

   (b)    Upon the satisfaction of the Code Enforcement, Blight Remediation and Demolition Superintendent, the Health Commissioner and the Fire Chief or their duly authorized representatives, that such facility is in compliance with all provisions of this chapter, the Superintendent shall renew such home's license for a period of one year.
