1743.03 DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW.

   Every person who operates a home, as defined in Section 1743.01, shall have available in the home for review by prospective patients and residents, their guardians or spouses, or other persons assisting in their placement, each inspection report completed pursuant to Section 1743.02 and each statement of deficiencies and plan of correction completed and made available to the public under Titles XVIII AND XIX of the "Social Security Act", 49 Stat. 620 (1935), 42 U.S.C. 301, as amended, and any rules promulgated under Titles XVIII and XIX, including such reports that result from life safety code and health inspections during the preceding three years, and shall post prominently within the home a notice of this requirement.
