1743.02 LICENSING; INSPECTION FEES.

   The Health Commissioner shall license homes defined in Section 1743.01 and shall establish procedures to be followed in inspecting and licensing such homes. Each home shall be inspected at least once prior to the issuance of a license, and at least four times annually thereafter. The Fire Department and the Bureau of Building and Housing Code Administration shall also inspect a home prior to issuance of a license, at least once annually thereafter, and at any other time requested by the Health Commissioner. The Health Commissioner may delegate his authority and duties under this chapter to any division, or official of the Department of Health. All fees collected by the Health Commissioner for the issuance or renewal of licenses are to be deposited in the City treasury to the credit of the General Fund. (Ord. 79-317. Passed 12-7-79.)
