1731.02 PUBLIC TOILETS.

   Any and all establishments described in Section 1731.01 which maintain toilet facilities for public accommodation are hereby prohibited from maintaining coin-operated toilet facilities, exclusively, without providing for toilet facilities that are free of charge in the same area as the coin-operated toilet facilities. Any establishment which sets out toilet facilities for public accommodation shall provide at least one toilet accommodation in each such facility to be used without charge, such free toilet accommodation to be supplied and equipped substantially equal to those facilities that are coin-operated and be of equal spaciousness. The provisions of this section shall apply to each restroom or public accommodation separately, thus requiring one free facility in each of the male and female accommodations. (Ord. 83829.
