1731.01 DEFINITION.

   "Public building" as referred to in this chapter means a building which may be used as a place of resort, assembly, education, entertainment, lodging, trade, or as a restaurant, lunchroom, theater, sports arena, store or mercantile establishment, and which maintains toilet facilities for public accommodation as mandated by the Ohio Basic Building Code or otherwise.
