1719.03 LICENSE; REGULATIONS.
(a) No person who does not possess a license from the City Health Commissioner, shall bring into, send into or receive into the City, for sale or sell, or offer for sale, or give away therein, or have in storage where milk or milk products are sold or served, any milk or milk product.
(b) License fees shall be accordance with those set forth in Section 1719.01.
(c) Every milk producer, milk processor and milk hauler shall secure a license. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this chapter and State law shall be entitled to receive and retain a license. Licenses shall not be transferable with respect to persons and/or locations.
(d) A license may be temporarily suspended by the Health Commissioner upon violation by the license holder of any provision of this chapter, or for interference with the Health Commissioner in the performance of his duties, or may be revoked after an opportunity for a hearing by the Health Commissioner upon serious or repeated violations.
