943.03 BREAKING SEAL ON PRIVATE FIRE HYDRANTS; UNMETERED FIRE LINES, ETC.

No person shall break any seal on any private fire hydrant to which water is supplied in whole or in part by the City waterworks except in case of fire, nor make any tap or connection with any unmetered fire line or service for the purpose of taking water unlawfully or for domestic use, nor otherwise take water from such unmetered fire line or service line except in case of fire. (1967 Code §53.03)
