935.21 SEWER REVENUE FUND.
   Funds received from collection of sewerage service charges as hereinafter provided, shall be deposited daily with the Finance Department and shall be accounted for and known as the Sewer Revenue Fund. When appropriated by Council, the funds shall be available for payment of cost and expense of construction, administration, management, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and rehabilitation of the sewerage system, including sewage pumping, treatment and disposal works, collection of charges and for payment of principal and interest upon bonds issued, outstanding and to be issued. Funds may also be available for debt incurred for the construction of the sewerage system, sewage pumping, treatment or disposal works or acquisition of necessary easements, or purchase of lands.
   No funds shall be used for extension of a sewerage system to serve unsewered areas, but they may be used only for purposes of the system. (1967 Code §52.02)
