935.10 PORTION OF METERED WATER NOT ENTERING SEWER SYSTEM.
   In the event that the Engineer is satisfied that a portion of the water from any source consumed upon any premises does not and cannot enter the aforesaid sewers, then in such case the owner or other interested party may, at the owner's or other interested party's expense, install and maintain such separate metering devices as demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Engineer that portion of the water so consumed which is discharged into the aforesaid sewers, and such portion shall be the basis for measuring the flows and loads under this chapter.
