787.99 PENALTY.
   (a) Whoever fails to secure a license for entertainments as specified in Section 787.01, for the entertainments existing on or before February 1 of each year, and fails to secure such license on or before February 15 of each year, or fails in all other cases to secure a license within fifteen days of the opening or beginning of such entertainment shall be fined fifty percent (50%) of the regular license fee, in addition to the regular license fee which shall be charged and collected.
   (b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (c) Whoever makes false statement in a seating capacity certificate as provided for in Section 787.07 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   In addition to the penalty, the Mayor may revoke the license of the person certifying such false statement.
