787.07 CERTIFICATION OF SEATING CAPACITIES.

Any person applying for a license, the fee for which is regulated by seating capacity, shall certify in writing to the Mayor the seating capacity of the entertainment for which a license is desired.

No person shall make any false statement in the certificate. (1967 Code §114.07)
