763.05 LICENSE APPLICATION; FEE.

   Every person desiring to open and keep open, a public billiard or poolroom as defined in Section 763.04 must make application to the Mayor for a license therefor and must give two responsible citizens as references as to his reputation and pay a license fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per year for the first table, ten dollars ($10.00) for the second table and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional table.
