763.04 PUBLIC POOLROOMS AND BILLIARD PARLORS DEFINED.

"Public poolrooms and billiard parlors", as used in this chapter, means places or rooms where pool tables or billiard tables are maintained and operated for the use of the public generally or where a charge is made or received for playing upon the tables. (1967 Code §114.37)
