747.02 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR EACH PLACE.

No person shall engage in the various businesses, as defined in Section 747.01, without first securing from the Mayor, a license to do so, paying the Mayor in advance the amount of the license fee as hereinafter provided for each place and stand operated by the licensee.
