737.03 LICENSE FEE.

   The license fee for the operation of a refuse hauler as defined in Section 737.01 shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year and shall be payable in advance. The fee for licenses issued in the second, third or fourth quarters of the year shall be prorated by six dollars and twenty-five cents ($6.25) per quarter. Thus the license fee for a license received from April through June shall be eighteen dollars and seventy-five cents ($18.75), from July through September, twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50), from October through December, six dollars and twenty-five cents ($6.25).
