719.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

   No building or part of building shall be cleaned or resurfaced when it requires or necessitates any part of, or the space above, any street, avenue, highway, alley, court or public place to be occupied by workmen, equipment or materials. A permit shall be first secured from the Building Inspector, upon the payment of a fee of two dollars ($2.00) and compliance with Section 719.02. (1967 Code §113.10)
