547.28 MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE AND FEMALE BUSINESS ENTERPRISES.

City Ordinances 80-744 (Minority Business Enterprise Program), as amended by Ordinance 84-465 (Adding Female Business Enterprise) and Ordinance 84-509 (Minority Business Enterprise Revolving Loan/Bonding Program), are herein incorporated by reference. In the event of conflict, Chapter 547 shall prevail. (Ord. 86-142. Passed 5-28-86.)
