Section 1307 is added to said Uniform Housing Code to read as follows:
Sec. 1307. Limitations on Time for Action. Any action or decision to attack, review, set aside, void, or annul any decision of the Board of Supervisors hereunder, or to determine the reasonableness, legality, or validity of any such act of the Board of Supervisors, shall not be maintained by any person unless such action or proceeding is commenced within sixty (60) days after the date of such decision. Thereafter all persons shall be barred from any such action or proceeding or any defense of invalidity or unreasonableness of such decision or of such proceedings, act, or determinations.
