The Board may adopt reasonable rules and regulations for conducting business and shall render all decisions and findings in writing. Appeals to the Board shall be processed in accordance with the provisions set forth in Chapters 12 and 13 of said Uniform Housing Code. Copies of all rules or regulations adopted by the Board shall be delivered to the Building Official who shall make them accessible to the public for a nominal charge. (§ 2, Ord. 718, eff.
