The minimum standards for the design and construction of sewers within the District shall be in accordance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County adopted by the Board, copies of which are on file in the office of the Department of Public Works. The Engineer may permit modifications or may require higher standards where unusual conditions are encountered.
"As-built" tracings, showing the actual location of all mains, structures, Y's, and laterals, shall be filed as a permanent record with the Engineer before final acceptance of the work. (§ 409, Ord. 497; as amended by § 2, Ord. 1470, eff. July 14, 2016)
