Sec. 6-5.207. Grade and line stakes.

Grade and line stakes shall be set by a registered civil engineer or land surveyor prior to the start of work on any public sewer construction. The contractor shall be responsible for accurately transferring grades to grade bars and sewer invert. (§ 406, Ord. 497; as amended by § 2, Ord. 1470, eff. July 14, 2016)
