Sec. 6-5.204.   Performance of work by licensed contractors.
   Only properly licensed contractors shall be authorized to perform the work of public sewer construction within the District. All terms and conditions of the permit issued by the District to the applicant shall be binding on the contractor. (§ 405, Ord. 497; as amended by § 2, Ord. 1470, eff. July 14, 2016)
