Sec. 6-5.115.   Paved surface.
   "Paved surface" shall mean any form of pavement used on any street in the County, whether such pavement is composed of concrete, asphalt, oil, gravel, crushed rock, or any combination of such materials. (§ 111, Ord. 497; as amended by § 2, Ord. 1470, eff. July 14, 2016)
