Sec. 6-5.113.   Natural outlet.
   "Natural outlet" shall mean any outlet into a watercourse, pond, ditch, lake, or other body of surface water or ground water. (§ 131, Ord. 497; as amended by § 2, Ord. 1470, eff. July 14, 2016)
