Sec. 6-2.04. Violations.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Three Hundred and no/100ths ($300.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
