Sec. 2-7.307.   Destruction and other disposition.
   Unclaimed property in the possession of the Sheriff-Coroner remaining unsold after being offered at public auction may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the Sheriff-Coroner. (§ 8, Ord. 561)
