Sec. 2-5.1302. Feasibility of the Work Furlough Rehabilitation Law.
   The Board hereby finds, on the basis of employment conditions, the state of the County Jail facilities, and other pertinent circumstances, that the operation of the Work Furlough Rehabilitation Law is feasible in the County. (§ 1, Ord. 674, eff. October 11, 1972)
