Sec. 12-3.203.   Itinerants in violation of Code provisions.
   No person shall engage in business without a fixed place of business occupying real property or a public easement or right-of-way adjoining private property in violation of any of the provisions of this Code. (§ 2, Ord. 960, eff. October 6, 1983)
