12-2.01 Administering agency: Designation.
The Director of Emergency Services of the County is hereby designated pursuant to Section 25502 of the Health and Safety Code of the State as the administering agency responsible for administering and enforcing the provisions of Chapter 6.95 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code of the State (commencing with Section 25500).
