Sec. 12-3.104. Application of other provisions.

Except as provided in this chapter, the provisions of Article 2, Article 3, Article 5, and Article 7 of Chapter 1 of this title shall apply to persons regulated by this chapter and to proceedings for the application, review, grant or denial, appeal therefrom, and suspension or revocation of a license issued under this chapter.
