Upon the final determination to terminate the franchise pursuant to Section 11-1.1210 or 11-1.1211 of this article, the Board, in its sole discretion, shall be authorized to purchase the property associated with the franchise as defined by Section 11-1.702 of Article 7 of this chapter. The purchase of the property shall be made in accordance with the standards, procedures, and provisions set forth in Sections 11-1.701 through 11-1.714 of Article 7 of this chapter. No compensation shall be payable by the County or its assignee in relation either to the termination of the franchise or purchase of the property, except pursuant to and in accordance with said Sections 11-1.701 through 11-1.714.
