Permits issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the Director in the event it is found that the permittee has violated any law of the County, or any law of the State, or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or has engaged in disorderly conduct or conduct threatening a breach of the public peace and safety.
